New friends are made during the quiet before the storm, even as political tension in the kingdom rises and ancient feuds unfold. Chapter 1: Part I (2nd of July, 2021) The first part of Chapter 1 follows the aftermath of the Prologue; friendships are sealed or forever broken, the prospect of future love blossoms, and the protagonist struggles with the nightmares of his traumatic ordeal. Prologue (5th of March, 2021) The prologue offers an introduction into the world and some of the main characters. It focuses on a few key events in the protagonist's past as he tries to recollect what led to his current, deadly predicament... There are four possible endings to the prologue, determined by certain choices you make (none of them are 'bad' endings). Most choices don't affect the ending, but all of what you say and do can change the course of events, alter dialogue, provide different insights into characters/lore or steer the characters towards a certain direction that will be explored in later chapters. There is one choice in particular that will have a drastic impact on the next chapters and how a certain character perceives you - you'll know it when you see it.
